The fine print

  • Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
  • Please tell us you’re redeeming a voucher when booking, and present it on arrival.
  • We appreciate 24–48 hours’ notice to change or cancel (larger groups need at least 48 hours). With less notice, the voucher becomes void.
  • We cannot take responsibility for lost vouchers.
  • Vouchers are transferable but non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
